SECTION 1 – WHO ARE YOU BUYING FROM?

ampmemonight.com is owned and operated by The Neighbourhood Collective (ABN: 57 425 323 500) and is trading as AM//PM. We operate the ticketing services through Shopify & Evey Events.

SECTION 2 – WHAT ARE YOU AGREEING TO?

By visiting, using or purchasing tickets or merchandise through this website you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or change artists and/or change prices, venue, rooms and capacity.
Use of this site is restricted to personal use.

SECTION 3 – CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy may be altered or changed at any time. The particular Terms and Conditions that apply to your transaction are the ones published at the time the transaction was finalised.

SECTION 4 – CONDITIONS OF SALE

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Tickets will be delivered via email.
Online sales will cease when the allocation is sold, at a time previously stated or about 2-3 hours before doors open.
We reserve the right to not sell tickets to any person or company. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any ticket sold or offer or offered for the wrong price. If we cancel a ticket because of any error we will refund you the amount you paid and will try to offer a suitable replacement ticket at the correct price, but we can not guarantee a replacement.

SECTION 5 – VENUE ENTRY

Photo ID is essential for entry. Acceptable forms of ID include Australian Photo Card, Australian Drivers Licence or Passport. Damaged IDs or Expired IDs may not gain you access.
Please check with the venue for any more information on Photo IDs.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted.
Venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.

SECTION 6 – REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If the date, venue, time or any other changes are made, your ticket will still remain valid – expect information via email.
We reserve the right to alter venue, capacity, date or artists, without prior notice. Your entitlement to a refund is determined by us. Please contact us directly in order to determine your eligibility for a refund.

SECTION 7 – TICKET DELIVERY

Tickets are emailed to you directly. If you haven’t received them within 24 hours, please contact us at our facebook page or info@theneighbourhood.me.

SECTION 8 – COMPLAINTS

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERED BY THE LAWS OF NEW SOUTH WHALES AUSTRALIA. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS MAY BE COMMENECED IN ANY AUSTRALIAN STATE OR TERRITORY.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Those consumer guarantees apply in addition to any other express warranties which we provide under this Agreement. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
